Last week the CourthouseDirect.com team was honored to attend the NAPE South Expo at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas. With around 6,000 attendees and over 300 exhibitors, it was an exciting chance to be at the center of the oil and gas pulse in Texas.
Here are some great thoughts from the team about how NAPE South differed from previously attended NAPE Expos.

NAPE South provided us a great opportunity to meet and greet a key audience that would benefit from the products and services CourthouseDirect.com offers, like Lease Check and Lease Alert. The regional focus of the show allowed us to focus on energy, oil and gas and land service clients that do work in many of the counties in which we provide data and search tools. I personally met so many great people and look forward to cultivating the contacts and relationships that were forged during the events and at the booth during exhibit hall hours at the show. NAPE South was a wonderful mid-year addition to our regular attendance at the NAPE Winter Expo. The oil and gas industry can be large and overwhelming at times. The southern focus of this event was much more in line with our products and coverage. I did not feel like I had to pre-qualify every person I was visiting with. I was encouraged by how many conversations led to new accounts or future opportunities. Each time we attend a NAPE Expo I walk away feeling like we have more to offer the oil and gas industry. It is wonderful to see the attendee’s reactions when we explain Lease Alert, Lease Check and our other great tools.

This year was my first NAPE South event and I thought it was a great way to learn about the oil and gas industry and correlate how CourthouseDirect.com’s products and features can help oil and gas professionals become more efficient.
